I'm controlled. I rationalize every situation before I enter it. I make decisions with my head after running through all possible outcomes. Kind of like a robot. A guarded robot.
But every now and again I make the decision to stop. I just let go. My heart gets a chance to breathe. It's in that moment that I am truly happy. I can really feel. And be.
I hope that reality waits just a little while to sink in, because this feels so good.
